SBC Networking: Economic Update & Networking

Join the Small Business Council, a Greater Rochester Chamber affiliate, for an economic briefing and networking event on Wednesday, March 22nd at the George Eastman House. This event will feature a 30 minute presentation and expert analysis from Matt Kelley of ESL Federal Credit Union, followed by happy hour networking. Access to museum is included for all participants.

Matt Kelley, CFA, is a Portfolio Strategy Manager with ESL Federal Credit Union. In his role, Matt oversees the portfolio strategy team at ESL and is responsible for the investment philosophy, approach, and overall performance of internal and external investment portfolios for ESL. Matt will briefly cover the following topics:

  • Economic growth
  • Inflation and drivers
  • Consumer spending
  • Consumer excess savings
  • Labor market
  • Inventories
  • Credit spreads
  • Small business optimism


Tickets include complimentary appetizers and one drink ticket. SBC Cares will be matching $5 from each ticket sale to be donated to C.U.R.E Childhood Cancer Association

Greater Rochester Chamber has several affiliate groups that operate under the direction of a volunteer planning board that manages their own programs and initiatives. Affiliates are supported by assigned Greater Rochester Chamber liaisons, as well as all the various Chamber departments that play a key role in promoting and furthering affiliate programming and initiatives.
