Recognizing that aligning employee and employer goals is fundamental for mutual success, join us for this informational session to explore the critical aspects of effective performance management.  Our presenter, Herman L Parson III, Founder, and Owner of SEE HR & Recruiting, will share how performance management can positively influence organizational culture to cultivate an environment conducive to growth, development, and achievement.  He will also dive into the intricacies of performance reviews to include the various types and timeframes and explore strategies for conducting the review meeting itself.   Supervisors, managers, and HR practitioners involved in this process are encouraged to attend for practical insights to bring back to their companies.
