Chamber Member SPOTlight tours take you to Greater Rochester/Finger Lakes’ hottest businesses on their own turf. In their own words, business leaders will share their success stories – right where the action happens. These behind-the-scenes tours are a perfect way to gain perspective on the industry segments powering our region’s economy.

Join us for our Chamber Member SPOTlight tour of Seabreeze Amusement Park, A fun behind the scenes tour at the 4th oldest park in the country, 12th in the world.

Seabreeze Amusement Park has over 60 attractions; Adult rides, kiddie rides, waterslides, wave pool, water activity areas, skill games, arcade, gift shops, food outlets, museum, picnic groves, scenic views. The park opened in 1879, as the last stop on the railroad line coming from downtown Rochester. Amusements were added soon after, and the Long Family (Norris’s ancestors) came in 1904 to run a carousel concession. George Long Jr. bought the park from the railroad company in 1942, and it’s been a family owned business ever since. The fifth and sixth generation now run the park. A great asset to our community.
