The Golisano Institute for Business & Entrepreneurship is launching and has two goals: create employment equity in the community, and build the most talented workforce in the country. 

The Institute has the costs of a community college, with the academic and business preparation of a MBA program. Imagine a resource that can find you employees that have the knowledge, behaviors, and attitudes required for success, while at the same time, offering professional development programs that can retain and further the development of your employees. The Golisano Institute is the only educational organization of its kind in the United States.
