Our 2024 Women Empowering Women Conference is SOLD OUT! To be added to a waiting list, please contact Events Assistant, Gena Stein, at Gena.Stein@GreaterRochesterChamber.com. Join us for our 6th Annual Women Empowering Women Conference, an exciting opportunity curated by Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce, and our Women's Council affiliate. You're invited to learn and thrive with us on Thursday, March 14, 2024, from 11:30 am until 5:15 pm followed by a social hour until 6:30pm at the Hyatt Regency of Rochester.

Join over 400 other women for this interactive and impactful event where you can learn how to be authentic and fully embrace yourself to level up your personal and professional lives. 

Our professional development topics are designed based on feedback collected from the previous year's attendees. This ensures that we can effectively cater to your needs and meet you at the intersection of our shared professional goals. 

This year's conference is broken into four sessions on the following topics with no breakout sessions:

  • Session One: Goal-Getter's Guide to Success
  • Session Two: The Brand Lab
  • Session Three: The Confidence Code - Decoded
  • Session Four: Soulful Serenity-Gratitude & Mindfulness in Action

-- $100 per person: (Chamber Members). The registration fee covers engaging speakers/topics, a speaker book for reference and takeaway, lunch, and a post-conference social hour. During the social hour, attendees can enjoy light appetizers, and 2 glasses of complimentary wine donated by Constellation Brands. Additional drinks are available for purchase at the bar.

-- $150 per person: (Non-Members).  The registration fee covers engaging speakers/topics, a speaker book for reference and takeaway, lunch, and a post-conference social hour. During the social hour, attendees can enjoy light appetizers, and 2 glasses of complimentary wine donated by Constellation Brands. Additional drinks are available for purchase at the bar.

-- $995 - Table of 10: (Chamber Members).  The registration fee covers engaging speakers/topics, a speaker book for reference and takeaway, lunch, and a post-conference social hour. -- $550 - Vendor Table: (Chamber Members & Sponsors ONLY).  The Vendor Showcase comes with 6" skirted table, and access to send up to 2 reps to the event.  Our event sponsors will be given preference with prime location placement. First come first served.  Only limited vendor tables available due to space constraints.  The registration fee covers engaging speakers/topics, a speaker book for reference and takeaway, lunch, and a post-conference social hour.
