Please join Greater Rochester Chamber for a Colors of Success DEI webinar, where Christina Eisenberg, Director of Employment Equity at Starbridge will discuss improving access in the workforce for individuals with disabilities. 

Historically, when we think about accessibility, the primary focus has been on physical accessibility, such as the presence of ramps and elevators. Although these considerations are vital, the COVID-19 pandemic has taught us that accessibility extends far beyond physical barriers. In fact, accessibility encompasses three essential elements: physical, digital, and attitudinal. By addressing these components, we can foster a more inclusive environment, enhance our workforce, and broaden our consumer base. 

This webinar will explore the following topics: 

  • The correlation between disability inclusion and your return on investment (ROI)
  • A more comprehensive analysis of the business case for disability inclusion
  • Effective strategies and best practices to enhance accessibility for both current and potential employees with disabilities
