Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce, and our Women's Council affiliate, invite you to join us for our half-day event, Women Empowering Women (WEW) where you will join an amazing group of professional women in learning how to make an impact in your career/community, identify your strengths, and get clarity on your next power move! Come for the honest questions, conversations, and answers; leave with key strategies and tangible takeaways to help elevate your success at work.

We will work hard to be giving, empathetic, and kind, but also set gracious boundaries to avoid burning out. We will learn effective ways to continue to pay attention to who we are, and what we want to become so we can pay it forward for the next generation. Finally, together we will understand that being the most unapologetically exceptional woman in the room has to be an "inside job."

So, join us for this fun, interactive, and impactful event with no breakout sessions, and over 400 in attendance on Thursday, March 16, 2023, from Noon to 5:00pm with a cocktail hour from 5 to 6pm.

Following the event, we invite you to stay for some networking and vendor showcases. Hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar will be available until 6:00pm at the Hyatt Regency of Rochester.

PROGRAM FLOW:
--Noon to 12:30pm - Registration, Make Connections, Vendor Showcase, & Light lunch
--12:30 to 5pm - Formal Program
--5 to 6pm - Make More Connections, Vendor Showcase, Hors d'oeuvres, & Cash bar


RSVP by Thursday, March 9, 2023. There will be NO REFUNDS issued after Tuesday, March 7th.

Networking and vendor showcase will take place after the program from 5:00p to 6:00p outside Hyatt Regency's Grand Ballroom. Complimentary hors d'ouevres, with a cash bar will be served.
