*Virtual Training*

Course Objective: This program presents the practical concepts, strategies, and skills needed to enhance a leader's performance. Learn to create an environment of trust where people do better work by building a higher trust. Integrate generational differences into leadership mindset. Improve interpersonal skills and build emotional intelligence. Improve teamwork and motivation. Understand TQM and lean thinking in the modern organization. Master all forms of communication to reduce stress and conflict.

Course Length: 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. (5 x Four-Hour Sessions)

• Friday, June 12
• Friday, June 19
• Friday, June 26
• Friday, July 10

Those wishing to register must do so by May 29, 2026 in order for materials to be sent to all registrants in time for class start. 

Platform:
The trainer, Bob Whipple, will email registrants at least 24 hours prior to the session start date with all necessary information including the Zoom link.

AI Technology:
To protect the proprietary nature of our training materials, the use of AI bots, automated note-taking tools, and third-party transcription technologies (e.g., Otter.ai, Fireflies, Notably, Zoom AI Companion) is strictly prohibited during live or recorded Virtual sessions unless explicitly approved by the trainer/presenter in advance.

If you require the use of such tools as a reasonable accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), please submit a written request to Kathy Richmond, Sr. Director, HR Services at kathy.richmond@greaterrochesterchamber.com no later than 5 business days prior to the session. Requests will be reviewed on an individualized basis in accordance with applicable law.

Unauthorized use of such technology may result in removal from the session and restriction from future training participation.
