Description
Peace in the ROC (585) + The World (National Night Out) is a free community event by Memorial AME Zion Church that brings together residents, families, youth, faith communities, neighborhood organizations, businesses, elected officials, and public safety partners to strengthen relationships and promote safer neighborhoods.
The day begins with a community Peace Walk near/around the river (wheelchair accessible) and concludes with National Night Out, featuring educational resources, family activities, bounce houses for youth, entertainment, community partners, and opportunities for neighbors to connect.
Our goal is to foster trust, encourage collaboration, and demonstrate that building safer communities requires all of us working together.

Both NNO events and in-person registration will be/start at 549 Clarissa Street. The Peace Walk registration will be at 7:30am. The walk begins at 8am, and ends at 10am. Our National Night Out Community Celebration begins at 3pm and ends at 7pm.
