Rumella Cameron, an experienced Business Consultant and the founder of Conversance Business Solutions, has recently been appointed Director of the ROC Women's Business Center at the Urban League of Rochester. Her ability to drive small businesses towards growth and sustainability has been recognized nationally, making her a top 30 finalist in the Women's Business Enterprise Council National Black Business Pitch. In addition to this, she has been nominated for the RBJ Women of Excellence, which underscores her impact and leadership in the business community.
