Homesteads for Hope, is a 501c3 non-profit Community Farm and future Housing Village dedicated to serving individuals with intellectual & developmental disabilities (I/DD). Our mission is to provide a place where individuals of all abilities can grow their purpose, and independence while cultivating a community of acceptance and inclusion. We offer educational, vocational, social, and recreation opportunities throughout our 55-acre nature-based classroom emphasizing agritourism activities to be enjoyed by all here in Rochester, NY.
