Universal Imports of Rochester, Inc. has been proudly serving the Greater Rochester community for over 40 years, specializing in the sales, service, and collision repair of European automobiles. The company was founded by Guenter and Astrid Fuerbacher, who immigrated from Germany with a passion for precision engineering and a dream of building a business rooted in integrity, quality, and family values. Today, that vision continues through their son, Mark Fuerbacher, and daughter, Andrea Montante Fuerbacher, who both learned the business from the ground up and now work side-by-side to carry on the family legacy.

Mark serves as President of Universal Imports, bringing a forward-thinking leadership style that blends tradition with innovation. Under his guidance, the company continues to grow while staying true to its mission of delivering exceptional automotive care and building lifelong customer relationships.

Beyond his business role, Mark has been a proud Fairport Rotarian for over 25 years, including service as a past president. He is a devoted husband to Lisa and father to Hunter and Preston. A passionate musician, Mark co-founded the band Rise Again, which raised over $100,000 for local charities. His current band, Remedy Three, continues that spirit of giving by performing music with uplifting messages for people of all ages.

Mark’s commitment to ethical business practices and community service earned him recognition as a finalist for the Rochester Business Ethics Foundation award. At Universal Imports, the values of family, service, and integrity drive everything they do—on the road and in the Rochester community.
